We had to say goodbye to our little man Ted and Final Rest supported us with this. From the initial call to Lauren and to Sophie the vet coming to our home you were very caring. Ted didn’t like going to the vets so a home visit was something we knew we would do when the time came. It was heartbreaking but Sophie was very gentle and calm with Ted and made the experience more bearable.

When our much loved Labrador Indi was diagnosed with terminal cancer, we were determined to ensure that he had a dignified and stress free end of life at home. From the first call to Final Rest we received both care and compassion. On the day Rachel came she gave us all of us the time we needed to understand the process, ensured we were all at ease and provided the peaceful end we so wanted for our lad. We are extremely appreciative of her professional, kind and caring manner with us all.

Amazing people so glad we were recommended. From the first phone call to them I was relieved that our little chap didn't have to have his last memory of the vets.
Sophie was amazing so calm and reassuring. Angus finished off his treats, he wasn't stressed at all and everything went to plan.

From the beginning phone call I felt guided and supported to make the toughest decision of my life not only once with my beloved wolfhound Jaxx but less than three weeks later for his dear friend and grieving companion Moot our cat.
Every person on the end of the phone, those who cared for Jaxx and Moots crossing, the speedy, practical yet no less reverent efficiency of each part of the process at a rate right for us all.

Thank you so much to all at Final Rest, especially Ben for helping me say goodbye to Leo and for his kindness and compassion in allowing me the time and space to say a final goodbye to my lovely companion.

Last Wednesday Sophie came and put to sleep our Bella. She was so kind & caring as was I think it was the lady who bought her home today. We can’t thank you enough for everything and would recommend you to anyone we know who has to make the same sad decision that we did.

When the time came to say farewell to our beautiful Skye, my husband and I wanted her to be in her safe place, her home, surrounded by those who love her, including her cocker spaniel friend Poppy. Ben's calming presence and reassurance made Skye's passing so peaceful. Everything was explained, nothing was hurried and everyone we dealt with at Final Rest was kind, compassionate and caring. We cannot thank you all enough for making this gentle farewell a positive and loving experience.

What can I say about these people that hasn’t already been said? From my initial phone call, in which I cried throughout, the lady I spoke to was so kind and allowed me the time I needed to discuss the arrangements. Sophie came out on the Saturday afternoon, she really is a true angel, her compassion, kindness and empathy came so naturally. My beautiful boy passed away in the safety of his home, which as hard as it was, made it a little bit easier. Thank you so much.

My much loved and faithful companion Spook, a Springer Spaniel, was 14. When it became plain that we could do no more for him I phoned you and the sympathy and help I received were so wonderful.

Ben came next day and the attention to Spook was so kind. I really appreciated being able to spend the last few minutes cuddling Spook. I would recommend this company to anyone else going through the same trauma.

Bruce was 17 with a larger than life character. He was terrified of the vets and I made the decision to phone Final Rest.
When Sophie came she was very understanding, assuring me it was the right decision. Everything was so calm and peaceful.
Bruce went to sleep in my arms on our sofa surrounded by his family. It was the hardest call I’ve ever had to make but they made it the best experience possible. When the time comes again I would use them without hesitation.
