My much loved and faithful companion Spook, a Springer Spaniel, was 14. When it became plain that we could do no more for him I phoned you and the sympathy and help I received were so wonderful.

Ben came next day and the attention to Spook was so kind. I really appreciated being able to spend the last few minutes cuddling Spook. I would recommend this company to anyone else going through the same trauma.

Bruce was 17 with a larger than life character. He was terrified of the vets and I made the decision to phone Final Rest.
When Sophie came she was very understanding, assuring me it was the right decision. Everything was so calm and peaceful.
Bruce went to sleep in my arms on our sofa surrounded by his family. It was the hardest call I’ve ever had to make but they made it the best experience possible. When the time comes again I would use them without hesitation.

Sadly we had to seek the help of this amazing company for the second time in 18 months, as it was time for Gibbs to cross the rainbow bridge and join Storm. From the second Lauren answered the phone we felt in good hands. We were fortunate to have Ben for the second time. He was his very professional self, reassured us all the way through and made sure Gibbs had a very dignified end. Cannot speak highly enough about this company, thank you to all.

The Final Rest team were everything that anyone could hope for, dedicated, knowledgeable and compassionate.

Ben was incredibly gentle when handling Vogie, he relaxed her (and our other dog), enabling Vogie the best possible care.
Ben’s knowledge helped us understand the process and why it was the right decision.

Vogie was a month away from age 14, she was adopted by my husband Tim and I when she was six. Vogie was beautiful, gentle, affectionate and had an endearing stubbornness. We loved her so much.

I just wanted to say thank you to Sophie, and the whole team for making a heart breaking time a little bit easier. The compassion and patience that you show is fantastic and we will be forever grateful to have been able to give Ted a calm and dignified end.

I can’t thank Sophie and the rest of the team enough for their care and compassion at such a challenging and upsetting time. So kind and reassuring, providing enough information but not too much, right from the first call, I felt that this would be the best it could be. Alfie was relaxed and calm, I didn’t feel rushed in the slightest and Alfie slipped away so quietly and gently with my arms around him. It was absolutely the right choice and I can’t thank you enough.

We’re so pleased we chose to have Final Rest for the passing of Chester. From the phone conversations to Ben coming to our house they were very understanding, professional and gave our boy a dignified end. Thank you for everything

We would like to thank all at Final Rest for their compassion and support throughout our sad decision to say goodbye to our beloved Ruby at home. As soon as Ben arrived he reassured us and made us feel at ease that the decision we made was best for Ruby. Once sedated we all had the chance for one last cuddle before she peacefully went to sleep, so glad we chose this option for her.

We would like to thank Sophie, and the final rest team for being there for us when we had to make the toughest decision to have our gorgeous boy Bailey put to sleep.

From the telephone call and all the way through they supported us and explained everything that would be happening. When Sophie arrived, she explained everything and gave us all the time we wanted with our boy. We could not have wished for a more dignified, peaceful and stress less passing for Bailey

Ninja was very poorly from a long battle with cancer. He was my big strong beautiful boy and he passed peacefully at home. He felt safe, comfortable and warm and it was the best way for him to go. Ben helped us again as he had with our other cat, with great kindness and compassion, and I couldn't have asked for more in the situation.
