When you contact us we will talk through your wishes and answer any questions you might have. We will then arrange a time to take your pet into our care.
You are welcome to bring your pet to us. If you are within our cremation service area we can collect your pet from your home or vet if you prefer.
When we take your pet into our care, one of our care coordinators will settle them into a pet bed. They will stay in their bed until they are cremated. Your pet will be handled gently at all times and we only offer individual cremation.
We have a list of frequently asked questions if you would like to read more detail about what to expect.
