Same day service: £70

If you would like your pet’s ashes back on the same day, or to be present for your pet’s cremation, we are happy to arrange this.

Pet collection: £25

We are happy to collect your pet from your home or vet within our cremation service area.

Delivery of ashes: £15

You are always welcome to collect your pet’s ashes from us in Havant. We can hand-deliver your pet’s ashes if you live within our cremation service area, or have them couriered back to you by DPD.

What to expect from us

We provide a personal, dignified service whether your pet has passed away at home, or we come to you for home euthanasia. We are proud to only offer individual cremation. Every pet is handled with care and respect.

We only provide home euthanasia for cats and dogs, but we can cremate any species of small pet for you.

If you have used our home euthanasia service

At the end of the appointment, the vet will settle your pet into a comfortable bed after they have passed away, and bring them back to our crematorium.

If your pet passes away at home or your vets

Please contact us so we can talk you through your options. You are welcome to bring your pet to us. If you are within our cremation service area we can pick your pet up from your home or vets. However they come into our care, we always settle pets into a comfortable bed.

Once a pet is in our care

They will remain in their bed, exactly as they are when you leave them, right up until they are cremated. Your pet will be handled gently at all times.

You are welcome to send special toys, blankets, or flowers with your pet, but these cannot be returned unless this is specifically arranged.

We have a list of frequently asked questions if you would like to read more detail about what to expect.
