Having to say goodbye to our wonderful Harvey was one of the hardest decisions of our lives. However, we are so glad that we chose Final Rest. In every interaction we were spoken to with compassion, and Sophie made what is obviously a difficult experience as graceful and dignified as it can be. Our last moments with Harvey were full of love, and we are glad we had the opportunity to give him the goodbye he deserved

We were broken hearted to lose our beautiful Oscar, aka Oskie, recently. He was the light of our lives and Final Rest were able to give our special boy the dignified and peaceful ending he deserved.
The whole service from Final Rest from start to finish was faultless. The vet, Ben, kept us informed every step of the way. He was so kind to us when we needed it most, as were Fern and Lauren too.

People had told me of your services and I decided that it was what I wanted for my precious Starsky who had been with me for 14 and a half years.
I couldn’t have wished for a better send off for my gorgeous boy. Sophie who came was compassionate, caring and considerate to Starsky and us as a family.
She really couldn’t have done more. What an amazing service.

I cannot praise highly enough the final care which was given to Sherry by Rachel. It meant that the decision that Dora had come to regarding Sherry was the correct one ensuring she passed without pain. Also all the staff that I spoke with ensured difficult conversations were made easier.

Final Rest were wonderful and understanding. Rachel, who came to help Nutmeg on her way,
couldn't have been kinder, more gentle or respectful. There was no sense of rush, things took as long as they needed to keep Nutmeg calm and comfortable throughout. In fact she went from snoozing on the floor to finally passing away, completely untroubled without a murmur or so much as lifting her head - except to take a handful of favourite treats.

My beautiful Peppa became very poorly and I needed to make that awful decision. The staff at final rest were amazing from the start. Compassionate and caring. I feel Peppa left this world at peace, in her own home with all she knew and loved around her. All the little touches and keepsakes I have of her are so precious. I will miss her terribly and it has left me broken but I wouldn’t have wanted her to leave any other way than in my arms.

Ben was so lovely to all of us and the kindness and compassion shown to us at such a heartbreaking time gave my husband and I the time to process. It was heart breaking but Ben was so kind and made this experience as calm and dignified as it could be.
We knew we had made the right choice but I can't thank Ben enough for helping us through the experience. From the first call to Final Rest their service was impeccable and I highly recommend them.

Leo, 16 cracking good years, sad to let our lovely boy go. He was released with compassion and dignity fit for a king. He passed away very gently in his favourite place next to the sofa.

Final Rest were efficient, understanding and caring. The vet who attended Riley had a great manner, explaining the procedure to us in a calm and graceful way that made us at ease given the heartbreaking circumstance.

This was the second time we have used Final rest when our beloved Murphy had reached the end. Just like the first time we used them 2 years ago, they were fantastic from start to finish.
Ben came out to us like before and was brilliant with Murphy making him feel relaxed and also calmly talking us through the process again giving us all the time we needed with Murphy.

I cannot fault this team who really do handle this difficult process with compassion and understanding.
